together with any additional information regarding 'Names or dates'that you would like added to the completed commission or items shown in the photograph that you would like omitted e.g. telegraph poles, bins etc...

Please remember to include a delivery address and contact name and telephone number [or email address, if you would prefer...]

If you are ordering a Portfolio Print, please state the illustration's Reference number & Title [found next to each illustration] together with the size of print required...
